Description
The BMIT Carrier Board is a specially designed housing for the BMIT Zynq SOM & Xilinx Kria k26 SOMs. Featuring multiple input/output ports and an easily managable form factor, this carrier board provides the perfect housing for virtually any application.
An ethernet PHY, USB transceiver, and an HDMI transceiver offer seamless and fast data transmission to and from the compute mounted on this board. USB and HDMI interface connectors are mounted on the Carrier Board, while the Ethernet connector is mapped to the power board stacking connector (the RJ45 connector on Power Board). Users can programme the SOM using the JTAG. For booting, there is SD card interface available.
The carrier board draws power from the BMIT power board. Both, the SOM to be mounted and the power board are to be stacked on the Carrier Board using stacking connectors.
